Hello everyone!
I am really excited to share the first update of building ListenUser.com in public. 🥳
It's been around one week since I started working on the product. I have made some progress on the ListenUser's Widget UI.
What is ListenUser?
ListenUser is a customer support plus user feedback tool exclusively designed for SaaS companies' needs.
Log #1: Widget UI
This widget will be installed by our customers on their apps. Through this widget, our customer's users will be able to raise support requests, feature suggestions and bug reports.
I feel the current UI looks decent enough but along the way I will be sanding the edges more to make the UX as intuitive as it can be.
There's lots and lots to come. This is just the log #1, week #1.
